The new residential development and community, Bedford Hills, opened last month and has homeowners currently residing there. The newest subdivision within Green Level is known as Bedford Hills. The Bedford Hills subdivisions, is located between N.C. 49 North and Mebane Rogers Road in the Town of Green Level. Built on over 90 acres, the first phase of homes to be built has already begun. About 250 will be built before the subdivision is complete. During the first phase, the developer will build roughly 93 homes. There will be five model homes that prospective homeowners can walk through to make their selection. During the second phase, the remainder of the 250 homes will be built. This phase will include more amenities to the community such as community parks. Bedford Hills’ homes are expected to range between $150,000 and $225,000.
