Water Shut Off Request

Your water/sewer service will not be turned off without this form. Any valves left on without authorization while you’re away, you will be charged the minimum usage fee for that billing cycle which you will be responsible for.

Please schedule a time with the Staff for water/sewer cut off service, (336) 578-3443. Please note that if the shut off date falls on a weekend or a holiday, water will be turned off the next business day.

Please provide your forwarding address in case a refund is due.
