Town Administrator’s Office
The Town Administrator is appointed by the Town Council and serves as the administrative head of the town government. The administrator directs and manages the operations of the town under general direction from the Mayor and the Town Council. The administrator’s duties include management and oversight of all town departments and functions, direct supervision of the town’s staff, and coordination of special projects. The Town Administrator is also responsible for the implementation of all policies set by the Council, and the preparation of the annual budget. Work may either be performed by the incumbent or delegated to subordinate staff.
