Bridging the Gap CDC, partnered with the Town of Green Level, host the “We Care” Food Distribution Program on the 2nd Saturday of every month, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Green Level Municipal Park, 1414 Swann Rd, Green Level, NC.
