No, the land has not been purchased. It’s under contract.
Question: Water bills for the families that move into the new subdivision will be cheaper than everyone else’s that live in Green Level. If this is true, why? I would love to have a $30-$40 water bill also.
Response: All residents within the Town’s corporate limits are billed the same water and sewer rates. Bedford Hills subdivision is within the corporate limits of the Town of Green Level; they will pay the same as every other resident within the Town limits. Thank you for the question.
